Extension doesn't work on multimonitor #131

The extention doesn't allow to take a screenshot on the second or third screen 
of my multimonitor.

Windows 7 64 bit, multimonitor

Just to add a bit more explanation on this...  

When you try to take a screenshot it always uses your main monitor as the 
screenshot monitor.  It is interesting because if I have chrome on my 2nd 
monitor, I can actually take a screenshot of anything running on my first 
monitor...

I can second that problem on Windows 7 and Chrome developer channel...

I have this problem as well.  Win 7, two monitors.  Chrome is usually on the 
right  screen, but Capture Region only does left screen.
