selections behind capture #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.capture with any option (visible, region, whole page, etc)
2.mouse over Hilight, Redact, Text or Line
3.cannot select any of the options for Hilight, Redact, Text or Line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selection options for each respective action is hidden behind capture
(EG cannot see or select text size or color. Same for line, redact or hilight ) 
 see attached images

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chrome screen capture extension version - unknown
Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m

Please provide any additional information below.
this problem worked at one time, but has only cropped up recently -
