After capturing the image the menu items are now underneath the image #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using Capture screen Region option
2.Try to use menu for editing
3. Menu list is showed below the image  

Summarize: After capturing the image the menu items are now underneath the 
image. For example capture then click text or line and those options are 
unreachable under the captured pic. Win XP

-- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Menu items over captured image, but items are inaccessible.  

-- What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Screen Capture (by Google) 5.0.5 in Ubuntu 11.04 and Google Chrome 
V.22.0.1229.94

Please provide any additional information below.
