Corruption Issue #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make screen captures
2.Sometime it gets corrupted 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To get all the screen captures without being corrupted 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Window 7 pro 
Please provide any additional information below.
Is there any way to recover the corrupted screen captures and where do screen 
captures get stored before they are saved?

I thought I was the only one. Unfortunately it has been 2 months and no 
response from the google support. I wonder if it has to do with Win. 7

I thought it was one of my extensions (Speed Dial 2) but I switched to a few 
different ones and they were all taking corrupt shots for thumbnails. Win7 
64bit. Version 26.0.1410.43 m.

Just updated my video drivers, did wonder if they were at fault.

My corruption is not really like that. Mine most of the time is just pure gray.

Another example of the image distortion that #5 mentioned. I am on windows 7 
home premium, SP1, 64bit.

Me too... Windows 7 Pro - Chrome Version 26.0.1410.43 m

I tried another Chrome extension, FVD Speed Dial, that is similar to Speed Dial 
2 with the same result - corrupted thumbnails.  FVD Speed Dial on Firefox, 
however, works just fine...

This obviously is a problem with Chrome.  Google - please fix this!

This is annoying enough to make me give up on Chrome and switch back to Firefox.

This appears to be fixed in Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m
