I get a scrambled picture whatever I try

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Capture Visible Content
2.I get a "scrambled" picture (the same thing happens when I chose "Capture 
Page Region", after I select the region)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A picture of the selected region

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.6 on Chorme 26.0.1410.43 m, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
