Cant Load plugin ? #315

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Screen Capture
2. Tried using but buttons cant be clicked
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest 27.xx Chrome 

Please provide any additional information below.
No idea why or what software corrupted it, reinstall chrome and screen capture 
but still same problem persist.
