Copy-button doesn't work #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a Capture Page Region screen shot
2. Then click the meny button to view the copy button
3. The copy button is then not clickable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The screen capture processes most often goes capture, copy, paste so why is the 
copy button hidden in the menu, and why doesn't it work!?!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Chrome, CSC version: 5.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.
