update to plugin seems to have eliminated local save functionality #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Capture any web page or page portion using plugin
2. Check the image editing page the plugin opens
3. Compare against screenshot (attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: ability to save captured image as JPG or PNG on hard drive
Actual: ability to share image to various web properties

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5.1.0 in Chrome Browser Version 31.0.1650.63 m on Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
The sample below was created on www.google.com (not that this should make any 
difference)
