The same as we discovered in issue 34, the bug happens because this page is 
rendered in quirks mode. The reason why this page is rendered in quirks mode is 
because it uses the following DOCTYPE:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

To change it to be rendered in standard mode, the author can change its DOCTYPE 
to <!DOCTYPE HTML>.
