Horizontal scrolling with JS is broken #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/WebsiteScrolling/ and try to navigate 
using the numbered links

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page should scroll horizontally through the use of JavaScript. Instead the 
page doesn't scroll horizontally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
- Google Chrome 10.0.648.114 beta
- Screen Capture (by Google) - Version: 3.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.

I've confirmed it is this extension causing the issue by visiting the page in 
Incognito first with no extensions enabled (works fine), then revisiting the 
page with only this extension enabled for Incognito (broken).

I also confirm that there is an issue with this plugin affecting horizontal 
scrolling. I was trying to use the scrollTo jQuery plugin 
(http://flesler.blogspot.com/2007/10/jqueryscrollto.html) to create a 
horizontal scrolling website and it wouldn't work until I disabled this plugin.
