I want custom mobs for my arena, How? #195

I have a mob arena on a Hexxit server, this is a little private server and i am wondering, how would i use custom mobs, like the ones from Hexxit. I have tried to use the mob names but the mob arena doesn't recognize them and i just get regular mobs. I have seen other servers with arena's that have custom mobs and they never told me how to do it. I think that is is possible but i don't know how. could someone please help me out? thanks i advance

It doesn't look like it's possible with the Bukkit API to spawn custom creatures the same way it's possible to spawn custom items. I'm assuming the other servers have forked and adapted MobArena to a Hexxit-platform directly. If not, by all means, figure out how it's done and I'll take a look at it. Until then, there will be no support for non-Bukkit monsters.
