Allow disabling the my items class

Short description

I havent found much of a way of diabling this class. Whitch I dont want user to use there own items to avoid exploits

Set it to 0 in class-limits for each arena. Or negate the perm for the class in your permissions plugin. Please join our Discord for further support if you need any :)
