[win32] fix VS project files #31

There were a few issues when I tried to build retroplayer with VS.

looks like you and @aquiles2k raced to get this one in. both VS syncs look good, here's the diff between them (forget which order): c70b8e3

as i said in my pr, i also sorted some of the loose files inside the vs solution into their corresponding folders :)
