here it is. not tested in this branch (supposed to be working).

Is this the whole PR? I don't see the addon dll.h file that defines LoadImage(), Decode(), CreateThumbnail() and Close().

you are right there should have been kodi_imageenc_xxx.h but i cannot find them on any of my machines :(

i eventually found the headers. they are in the pr against mainline fyi.
