[game add-ons] Add scummvm #57

Depends on https://github.com/garbear/xbmc/pull/56 and https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.scummvm/pull/3.

Now that it builds on linux, windows and osx, it would be great if you could add it to your builds :)
