Resolve Incident in Service now #3

Hello,

I have tried the ansible module for opening and closing the Incidents in service now by changing the state from present to absent.

Is there a way we can just resolve the ticket in Service now and not just wipe the records from service now?

Hello, actually i was looking for the same option. Would be possible to implement the option to resolve the Incidents or close the Requests ? That would help big time. Thanks

actually i just found this article - https://www.thenetwork.engineer/blog/utilize-ansible-for-opening-and-closing-tickets-with-servicenow - it all can be done using the current module
