Updated sensor state class #133

Updated sensor state class for rain rate and event rain rate from STATE_CLASS_TOTAL_INCREASING to STATE_CLASS_MEASUREMENT.

Reason for this fix is a warning message inside the core logs. The corresponding warning:

Entity sensor.weatherstation_rain_rate_piezo from integration ecowitt has state class total_increasing, but its state is not strictly increasing. Triggered by state 50.39 (51.59) with last_updated set to 2022-07-25T17:49:44.898582+00:00. Please report it to the custom component author.

Thanks - also use it for the new Rain Piezzo sensor from the WittBoy.
