Entity no longer supplied #138

Hi, I installed the integration correctly, everything was working right away. However for a couple of weeks any entity generated by the integration is no longer available, the error message is "This entity is no longer provided by the ecowitt integration. If the entity is no longer used, delete it in the settings."
