I have a WH5360 rain gauge connected to HA via a GW1100 gateway. I am not connected to any cloud weather services.
From time to time the gateway loses its wi-fi connection - after a router reboot, for example. When this happens, rainfall sensors are no longer updated (obviously), but they are not marked as "unavailable". Instead they 'flatline' with no data coming in. As a result it may be some time before the problem becomes apparent.
No error messages.
