Hi I wanted to try your tools but the fourth line of the compilation instructions uses an rgm_Gfit.c file that is not present in the repository:

cc -O3 -Wall -o Jets DNA_panoramic.c gplist_util2.c rgm_Gfit.c -lm -lgsl -lgslcblas

so compilation fails. Am i missing something?
