wrong link in email at trainer creation #116

When a trainer is created an email is sent to the email address given. The email has a link that does not work. It links to localhost.

Also the email has no subject. It should have a subject like "Your Eduali account".

The text in the email should have a bit of formating, like Dear ZZZ, then the text , then a signature like ... Your Eduali team

The email link was fixed in commit a9dc95795fd1f59b6e41e8d3c205255d180114e7
