Currency for expenses and training price #152

You need to allow a user to select a currency for a training. The totals will be shown in this currency.

User can add expenses in another currency, say RON, this will be translated to EUR on creation.

To be able to convert from one currency to another, we need to store currency information for all the days, we need a daily service that will query a webservice for this information.
