Delete new trainer gives an error

If you create a trainer by pressing create 2 times the trainer can not be deleted any more.

You can't remove it because of some missconfiguration in the db schema. Before i fix that, I need to know the answer to #198

Also, you can delete a trainer if you remove all the subjects he has.
