Change the availability with NO-availability #191

Now we indicate availability of trainers. The whole functionality should stay but the interpretation is different. The NON availability is indicated and the lessons should be possible to be planned all over EXCEPT in the boxes given in the availability Gantt Chart. The color of non availability should be the same: GREY in both Gantt Charts.

Results of the testing:

I can plan lessons immediately , this is great. I do not have to go to availability first.
I can not plan on the unavailable blocks which is also very good.
The color GREY is good in the planning Gantt Chart but not in the availability Gantt Chart.
when I create an unavailability for few hours in the Availability TAB there is an error(see below). I created it with SHIFT-mouse drag which is great functionality. The creation of unavailability using Templates works ok.
