The training lessons should be resizable #193

Upon creation of training lessons it is very easy to make mistakes. Therefore re-sizing of a lesson is very very important. This is an enhancement that would make the usability of the planning features much better. This should be possible both in the Planning Gantt Chart of the training dialog and in the Global Planning Gantt Chart.

Enable for the planning tab aswell
