Allow the possibility to create an offer without any corresponding training. When a training is needed for the specific offer the user should have the possibility to create a training from the offer TAB. In the Action column of the offer there should be an icon(button) to launch the Create Training dialog. The following filed should be automatically filled in: Customer.

Apparently due the fact that trainings and offers are in a many to many relationship. You can create an offer without a training.

What remains is to create an easy way of creating a training from an offer.

The offer should also have a reference to a subject.
