Show Training details in tooltip when hover over column Training of an offer in the Offers TAB #207

It is difficult to link the offer to the training at the moment. The only link is now the training id which does not say much. More useful info are needed. Either in the form of column in the table or hover over tool tip text. The text in the hover over should be the Training subject, trainer and period of the training. If the offer is for more trainings , details of all trainings will be shown on separate lines.

Won't implement because we will add a subject field to an offer.
