Reformat the Trainings Detail Tab: General #31

The General tab in Trainings Detail dialog should be formatted differently with labels and text boxed/combo boxes. Should contain the trainer name in a combobox with all trainers for that subject , start date and end date with a calendar icon near them in case the dates need to be changed. In case someone wants to change the start / end date and there are lessons planned outside of the new start-end timeframe , a warning should be given and the initial dates should be restored. The user has then the option to first replan and after that change the start-end date if he still wants to do that

The endDate will be removed. This should be reviewed.
