Currently only "on request"/"on demand" training's are supported. Companies like ILC organize also public (generic, standard) training's where students can join.
These training's have a fixed date established by ILC.
Simmilar to "on demand" training's they have a subject, a trainer, expenses, planning etc.
In the new training dialog a field "Training type" need to be added. This should be visible as a column in the dialog.
An extra UI is needed for an "outside" student to be able to create a user, login and browse through the existing courses and join them if he/she would like to. The price for the course should also be visible in this "portal" page together with the planning of the course. The current UI can be used but everything should be filter out , so that the student can only see the "public" training's and their planning.
The flow of such training's its similar. The difference is that they are not associated to a customer. We can use a generic customer "anonymous" or "no customer".
