Change the training systems #64

Rename the System European to: "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF)". Remove the system Romanian. Add a system called "Generic" which will be using only a text information instead of all the Reading Writing (A1, A2...). The "Remarks" filed should be the only one that should stay for this Generic system. See picture. The application is intended to be used by any type of training company not only for language. This Generic system would cover the needs for all. Stil it can be that later other specific systems need to be added. Hence, the code for systems should be flexible enough so that we can later add other type of systems.

There are 2 requirements here.

  1. Make the grades dynamic.
  2. Make the UI for the interviews dynamic, based the training system. see #85
