Remove the /Account/Login view, and use the in app login window.

I need to allow anonymous access inside the application, to allow the user to access the password reset url, which should be something like /#recovery?token=10294-1240124-12041-249124=

To allow anonymous access we need to define a default view. That view should be the one with the open trainings.
