feat: manipulate connections

Opening a new branch to continue work on this feature.

Connections need to be implemented to bring all parts of the Airbyte deployment under management. This is going to be the big one.

Just wanted to double check my CI is working.

Opened a new branch here with a simplified approach to connection management. I will revisit the idea of connection groups after initial release.
