this screen allows override of current couchdb configs, but does not display current configs.

I assume you mean 'Require Valid User', 'Enable Persistent Sessions', and 'Session Timeout'.

Yes, the couchdb related configs. I actually created this bug, feel free to assign to me. I just wanted to record it, not a huge problem.
