adding and clearing array config types saves right away #38

When adding/clearing we probably do not want to also save the actual config? Also when you click clear all the array items get cleared, which is unexpected. Thinking we can probably remove the clear button and force users to use the remove links on the individual elements?

json.edit upgrade seems to have fixed this.
