Authentication failed when opening up the url in "K8s Applications and Services Hub" #23

What happened: Open new Chrome Incognito browser, then opening up the the URL for 'K8s Applications and Services Hub'. The error page showed up:

What you expected to happen: Login successfully to the hub page.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Open new Chrome Incognito browser, then opening up the the URL for 'K8s Applications and Services Hub'. The error page showed up

Anything else we need to know: Issue raised by customer , I did initial investigation, and provided workaround, just for your reference. Workaround:
I tried the link https://**HUB_INGRESS_URL**/**PROJECT_NAME**/#/catalog/_all, the category page can be opened without cluster based. Then I opened up the url : https://**HUB_INGRESS_URL**/**PROJECT_NAME**/**SHOOTNAME**.kubeconfig/#/catalog/_all. Then the page showed as normal.

Environment: Gardener version: v1.47.1
