This PR updates dependency of openapiv2 under googleapis/gnostic . If not updated the check step will fail.

This change should have been a part of 699fb4b7d41e80a0805a4c018a629a15a2189d83 but got missed because the check step doesn't fail locally as Mac is case-insensitive to this. But when running it on pipeline , check step will fail as it won't be able to locate googleapis/gnostic/OpenAPIv2 but will be able to locate googleapis/gnostic/openapiv2Release note:
