What would you like to be added:
We need a --disable-features flag like the old gardenlinux builder had.
Why is this needed:
1) We want to include features from other repositories. Currently we do this by cloning/forking/copying the feature folder.
e.g. gardenlinux/gardenlinux to sapcc/gardenlinux
sapcc/gardenlinux may need to disable single features: specific example _selinux
1) For developing and debugging it may be helpful to bisect the features by disabling them manually via a --disable-features build flag
