[Bug] Ratio Protect sometimes displays an empty delta #144

Description:

In cases where someone has an extremely large ratio and they are on a small filesize page, the ratio displays as "Ratio loss ".

Walkthrough:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure toPrecision is not being used
  2. Hard code an extremely high ratio number, or a trivial change amount
