Implementation:
Not 100% sure how implementation would happen... Need a good low-cost method of accessing the FL picks. Barring that possibility, we could essentially "Bookmark as Waitlisted" which would add the item to the user's bookmarks and keep track of the ID. We could then display a "waitlist" item beside it in the Bookmarks. A more straightforward approach would be better.
