Allow users to preview their message before sending. This will require mapping BBCode to HTML.
Implementation:
[ ] Discord style, where the message shows inline as-typed but the formatting is applied over the relevant sections. May require live-updating and/or injecting spans and removing them before sending the shout.
[ ] Forum style, where there is a Preview button and clicking it displays the formatted message elsewhere.
