Cost to set ratio - Githubissues

Display how many GBs need to be purchased to reach a certain ratio, using the same logic as "Cost to Restore Ratio".

[ ] User sets a textbox setting with a ratio number.
[ ] Script uses Cost to Restore Ratio to determine the GB difference between current and desired ratio.
[ ] Display to the user how many GBs they need to buy to make up the difference, refreshing when a purchase is made
[ ] Alternatively, see if we can send a custom variable amount via "All I can afford" instead of sending all BP
