[Bug] Browse features not working on new Search page #223

Description:

With the new Search page entering a public beta, it's time to rework the Browse features to work on the Search page.

Expected Behavior:

[ ] MAM+ tries to run Browse features on the Search URL
[ ] Toggle Snatched works & state is remembered between page loads AND Browse/Search. Requires #169
[ ] Plaintext Search Results are inserted
[ ] Collapse Search is ignored
[ ] Tags are generated
[ ] Random book page is ignored, or turned into random search if possible
