[Bug] Shorten Ratio Text causes issues with standalone Ratio Protect script #233

Description:

If MAM+ is installed with Shorten Ratio Text enabled, and the standalone Ratio Protect script is also installed, NaN errors can occur. Investigate if this also happens with the built-in Ratio Protect.

Expected Behavior:

Peaceful coexistence without errors.

Thanks to sevensamurai, this appears to be an issue with toLocalString; forcing en-US seems to help. /f/t/60213/p/p853795#853795
