I believe that 7e6e07e75241e363b4a5b498bbcc12040e6c2e22 will help with this, and also the "objectiveResolution" parameter that is controlled in the machine config file.
Ongoing problem, largely resolved with Christos's 2-micron ruler (printed on the NanoScribe, and verified via SEM). Procedure: image the item, which has known size. This results in an image like the attached. It has spikes every 10 microns, and big spikes every 100 microns; the stair steps on each spike are at 2-micron intervals. Use this to set the objectiveResolution parameter in Machine_Data_File: ask for the FOV from hSI.hRoiManager.imagingFovUm, and multiply objectiveResolution until it matches what you see on the ruler...?
This will be somewhat of an ongoing problem, but Christos's ruler basically fixes this. See above.
Scanimage reports the FOV of the lens is 270 μm on each side. Printing full-FOV cubes results in 500-μm-on-a-side cubes. They do appear to be about 270 μm tall... maybe? Anyway, fix the reported FOV!
