Save image stack from print job #18

Have Gui option to save the stack of images collected during printing. Then it would be imaged later, e.g. with tiffview.

Fixed. Now you can use ScanImage's save facility as you'd expect, and my tiffview works. 9656c524ca53893db7c78d273427ca04cf611757 completes this.
