FastZ control still broken #2

Even after Jacob Franklin's help, FastZ still crushes samples after printing them (actually perhaps not, since the working distance appears to be around 300 μm (?)). It resets, anyway. Need:

  1. A configuration box for setting lens working distance
  2. Interface for not crushing parts and then resetting manually
  3. Fix the don't-crush-me code.

Hooked up the encoder signal line. Changed Machine_Data_File to specify the correct hardware rather than a pure analogue device. Will these changes help? Laser is down, so can't test it immediately.
