Same as commit d490a05 but with NMI vector at address $FEC1. Revert commit 32310e8, caused boot-up crash when tested on HW.

annoying... it seems the patch was incomplete and it's missing some changed lines... have to apply patch directly on gardners/c65gs because my git fork acted strange and i was forced to delete & clone everything again to clean it :angry:
