We should either move only to use Chrome or use both Chrome and PhantomJs as runner for hooks.

Could you elaborate on the requirements which makes this necessary?

3 Is one issue. Running Chrome with touch-flags to get real emulation.
More futureproof - as phantomJS is lagging to much behind.
- Webfonts etc not working in phantomjs
Native HAR / Network profile support
Would make it harder to run on servers without window support, leaves out heroku etc?
