This will be very beneficial for AdOps.

It will help protect the site from malware that are referenced in banners. Its not future proof in that the site needs to be blacklisted for this to work, but it will give much better protection than before.

How should we report on this? Warning / Error ?

I feel this should get an Error? I think as a Warning this might be overlooked. As an Error it will be very visible in the interface.
