Confirmatin dialog to enable irc at startup #28

There has to be a confirmation dialog, in which the user should decide
whether or not he wants the IRC Client to be activated on start up. Also,
he has to be able to choose whether he wants a nick to be auto generated or
specify one.

This confirmation dialog MUST appear after the select login server dialog
and before tibia is instantiated. Constants.xml must be updated.
